Services

AI for WMS and warehouse-operations teams.

Fixed-fee and async-first, with one scheduled session per package. For warehouse operations leaders, 3PL general managers, and WMS product or IT owners at mid-size operators whose AI pilot stalled after the demo, whose receiving exceptions live in a spreadsheet next to the WMS, and who find out a load arrived short or damaged when the chargeback lands.

Three packages

Pick the size of the problem.

Live calls are early morning or evening Pacific; everything else runs async. No daytime presence required.

  • A go/kill recommendation
  • A fixed-price build plan if go

Most common starting point

Fixed-scope build

$5,000 to $15,000

Delivered in 2 to 3 weeks

For one named workflow and a system to connect: WMS, TMS, email, spreadsheets.

You get

  • A working automation or integration in your environment
  • A runbook so your team can run and change it
  • Test cases and a rollback path
  • A 30-minute recorded handover

Async retainer

$3,000 to $6,000 per month

10 to 20 hours a month, month to month, 30 days notice

For a team that runs automations and needs someone to own them.

You get

  • A shared queue of fixes worked each week
  • A monthly report on what changed and what it cost or saved
  • One 30-minute call a month

Terms, in one line.

Fixed fee, half up front, half on delivery. No hourly billing. Changes need a new written scope. The review fee is credited in full against a build started within 30 days.

Example engagements

What a fixed-scope build looks like.

Examples of scope, not past clients. Case studies will appear here as real engagements complete.

  • Example engagement

Dock receiving exceptions into the WMS

Photo, count and reason code posted to the WMS receipt before the trailer leaves.

  • Example engagement

AI triage of inbound OS&D email

Every overage, shortage and damage email lands in one queue with a suggested disposition and a filing deadline.

  • Example engagement

    Dock-door photo evidence workflow

A PDF packet per load, ready for carrier or 3PL disputes.

  • Example engagement

An internal assistant over your SOPs

Prompt-injection safe, with every answer cited to a source document.

  • Example engagement

    Weekly carrier and supplier scorecard

Built from receiving exceptions and WMS receipts, emailed to the ops lead.

  • Your workflow

    Something else on the list?

If it touches your WMS, your dock or your inbox, describe it on a call and we will scope it in writing.

Guarantee

You are never stuck paying for nothing.

Review

If the memo does not give you a go/kill decision you can act on, we refund it.

Stop at the midpoint and keep everything delivered. The second half is never invoiced.

Retainer

Month to month, 30 days notice, with a written report every month.

Questions

Things buyers ask on the first call.

Do you need access to our WMS?
For a review, usually not. Screen recordings, exports and a two-hour session are enough. For a build, we work in your environment with the least access that gets the job done, and the scope names exactly what that is.
Which systems have you worked with?
Warehouse and transportation systems, email, spreadsheets and the APIs behind them. If the system has an export, an API or an inbox, we can connect to it. The scope names the integration before you pay.
What if the fix needs something you do not do?
The review memo says so. A go/kill memo that recommends a different vendor, or no project at all, is a successful memo.
Can our team maintain what you build?
That is the point of the runbook, the test cases and the recorded handover. If you would rather we own it, the async retainer exists for that.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Every package is available in Spanish, delivered directly by Ryan, for nearshoring operators in Mexico.
